For many years I celebrated St. Patrick’s Day both at home and the office. Friends and family would join us for Irish Stew, Soda Bread, Beer and many other traditions, toasts and games. The past few years St. Patrick’s Day has coincided with Spring Break making it hard to plan a party. But this year party planning time is back and we are so excited to share with you perfect St. Patrick’s Day party plans which are easy, inexpensive and good for home, office or school.

Outdoor Decor for St. Patrick’s Day
But Leprechaun Yard Stakes brought a smile to my younger daughter and my neighbors’ face. Personally I’m enjoying their happy faces when I pull into the driveway. I’m hoping it will put a smile on my guests face too when they arrive. It was so easy, just insert stakes into the posters and “plant” in the front yard.

We are going to follow up with this Shamrock and Rainbow Tablecloth for the backyard table. But it’s also perfect for indoors and in your office conference room. Here we have decorated the indoor kitchen table just to give you an idea of how versatile all these St. Patrick’s Day party supplies from Oriental Trading are.

We need a pot of gold and a rainbow to make our decorations complete. Raining down from the sky these gold coins are going out on the patio ceiling. Rainy days or sunny we’ve got a rainbow over head.
St. Patrick’s Day Swag and Gifts
No St. Patrick’s Day would be complete without a pot of “gold” at the end of the rainbow. Whether it’s a gift for the , friends in class or my party guests these gifts are easy to make and to give. Fill either the small pots (comes in a set of 12 with an adorable little handle) with your favorite candies for the holiday. These are filled with Irish Buttercreams wrapped in labels with Irish sayings. Just be careful who gets “Kiss Me I’m Irish!” Caramels are wrapped in green foil and our rainbow colored lollipops add just the splash of color we need.

For coworkers, bus drivers or teachers switch it up. Fill these fun Shamrock Green Mugs with candies. One set is for gifting, the other set for drinking. I love that these mugs come in a pack of 12 making it easy to count what I’ll need for gifts and guests.

St. Patrick’s Day Texas Style
This time I got a little something for me. Sure the house is going to be fun and the gifts are fun but there’s nothing wrong with a little something for the hostess right? What better way to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day Texas style than with a Shamrock Cowboy Hat. Since we will be out on the patio it also helps keep the sun out of my eyes! Now if I could just find my Mardi Gras cowboy hat I would have more holidays covered.
