Are you wondering where is a great place to celebrate the big game in Houston? Our family celebrated the 4th of July at Radio Milano and I’m so excited to learn that they have a very special food and beverage menu available throughout Super Bowl week and weekend!
Drink Specials
Goin’ for Two – Gran Centenario Plata Tequila, Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur, Crème de Violette, lime and hibiscus flower
Locker Room Pep Talk – Blue Coat Gin, lemon, Elderflower Liqueur, rosemary simple syrup and a toasted rosemary sprig
Leatherhead – Mint infused Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey, Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth, Lustau Sherry and chocolate bitters
Basket Toss – Aylesbury Duck Vodka, peach liqueur, strawberry and lemon
Lombardi – Rittenhouse Rye Bourbon, fresh blackberry, lime, Campari and cinnamon
One Super Menu
Pair any of the drink specials with Chef Jose Hernandez’s prix fixe, three-course, Super Bowl tasting menu for an elevated “tailgating” experience. Priced at $28 for lunch and $35 for dinner, menu highlights include
Yellow Corn Chowder with creamy corn soup, tomato, shrimp, green onions and bacon bits;
Slow Smoked Wagyu Brisket with fingerling potatoes, asparagus and mesquite pineapple bbq sauce;
Honey-Chipotle Baby Pork Ribs with truffled mac & cheese, corn bread and chipotle honey glaze; and
Texas in a Glass with Texas peach pie, honey thyme ice cream and walnuts.
The Super Bowl / Texas tasting menu will temporarily replace Radio Milano’s power lunch menu, as well as the dinner tasting menu throughout Super Bowl week and weekend. Super Bowl drink specials will also be offered throughout the week and weekend.
