I try to make bigger breakfast during the holidays since everyone is home. I love adding cinnamon rolls for breakfast!

Um. I think eggs with some peppers and some other sort of veggies like mushrooms and onions can be really good. I love to add cheese. Tomatoes can be good in them. I think sausage is good.

I make a baked dish like that for Christmas using hash browns as the base for it. Wonder if it would work in the crock pot.

I have never cooked breakfast in a crock pot. During the holidays I usually cook up pancakes and bacon or sausage with scrambled eggs.

I never use the crock pot dor breakfast. I have seen a few recipes that I would like to try though. I usually make monkey bread for breakfast on Christmas morning. I cut up 2 cans of biscuits and dip in cinnamon and sugar put in a bundt pan and pour melted butter on top and cook.

I make something similar but it also has pudding mix and bread dough. But yes it’s in the oven. I think I’ll try it in the slow cooker and see what happens.
