Every since my daughter’s were told by classmates they were “weird”‘ because they are girls and like math, science, nature, engineering and technology we have reinforced the concept that weird is wonderful! With the new line of Weird But True line of t-shirts from National Geographic Kids and Crazy 8 my children can proudly wear their weirdness and indulge their love of fashion.
Disclosure: This giveaway is sponsored by Crazy 8. All opinions, text, experiences and images are 100% my own and my family’s.
Crazy 8 Weird But True SpecialTees
It’s time for some summer time clothing and new swimsuits. Knowing about the amazing sale at Crazy 8, courtesy of my email message we headed to the store only to encounter yet another round of the torrential down pours here in Houston. But of course the sun was shining in my shopping center and with front row parking I knew that the shopping goddess was smiling on us.
Money Saving Tip: Be sure to sign up for the newsletter and get sales and coupons delivered to your inbox. When I signed up I received a coupon for 18% off my purchase of $50 or more.
Walking in we found all sorts of great savings but the first thing the girls were excited about were the Weird But True T-Shirts. We have the National Geographic Kids Books: Weird But True 300 Bite Sized Facts and 5,000 Awesome Facts About Everything, so wearing these fun facts was very exciting to them. We enjoyed them so much we gave Weird But True Sports to my godson.
Mom! See weird is wonderful! And now we can wear our weirdness!
These are soft cotton t-shirts which the girls can dress up or down as they please. Shorts or leggings, tutus skirts and skorts, these beautiful tees have just what my girls need and want. Fun science facts that are not only weird but true but the fashionista colors and graphics they love. Now before you think they are all “girly” there are actually plenty of styles and colors to choose from including several which many would consider to be “boyish.” My daughter wants to be an astronaut so she was all about grabbing up the one says “Astronauts can’t whistle on the moon.” Mom was thrilled that it was (for a limited time) only .08 more to get a second weird but true tee.
