Chili is a staple in our household especially during the cold winter months. I love that I can make it quick on the stove top or let it simmer all day long in the slow cooker. Either way, I’m lucky if there is any left for me to use as a topping on say a Chili Hotdog or Baked Potato – or even a small serving for lunch.
