Printable worksheets for your kids made easy

The summer is half over and right about now you may be wondering how you will possibly survive the remainder of the summer vacation and provide your kids with some fun learning activities.   It is hard to sit down and create a printable for the kids or even hand write out an activity for them to complete to make sure that they don’t suffer from too much brain drain this summer.  Then there is also the complications of “grading” their work as well as making sure that the activities, whether for handwriting, spelling or math, are age and knowledge appropriate.  I know one of my challenges is finding just the right type of worksheet for the girls, because I may have a specific task I want them to work on or to reinforce their knowledge about.

Sure, you can visit a great many sites with after doing a search for printable worksheets.  Or you can find a service that you know and trust, like Scholastic.com and select from their over 15,000 award winning printables.  You probably recognize the name because they provide many schools with the opportunity to purchase books at school for a reasonable price, as well as a valuable fund raising tool for the school district.   You can select from a number of printable activities including special task work like multiplication worksheet printables.   You can also find customizable printable as well as those that celebrate a specific season or holiday.

Joining is easy, and inexpensive, especially when you consider the costs of many workbooks.   The printable are available for homeschooling , for a little bit of practice and for fun too (yes there are some kids out there that actually think this is all fun and games while they complete their printable activities.)  And, it should be fun, and now it can be easy for the grown ups too!
