I admit they are hard to see in my picture and I apologize. But in our sandwich portion of our snackadium we have Hot Ham and Swiss Sandwiches which are my very favorite! I admit I could just eat these little mini sandwiches and not share them at all. But with so many of my favorite foods served up for game day fun I decided why not have a little bit of everything! Inspired by a recipe from Hawaiian Rolls that my friend Anne gave me, I left off some things and substituted others.
Hot Ham and Swiss Sandwiches Recipe
1 12 count package of Kings Hawaiian Sweet Dinner Rolls
12 slices of Honey Baked Ham
3 slices of Swiss Cheese cut into fourths
1/2 cup melted butter
1 1/2 tsp. Dijon Mustard
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 tablespoons dried Onion Soup Mix
Slice Rolls into halfs.
Place one square of Swiss Cheese Slice on bottom roll.
Top with One Slice of Honey Baked Ham folded into a fourth.
Add one more square of Swiss Cheese.
Place roll top on sandwich.
Repeat until all sandwiches are assembled.
Place sandwiches in baking pan.
Whisk together all other ingredients and pour over sandwiches.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in 350 oven for approximately 15 minutes.
Best served warm!
