Here in Houston, it’s grilling time all the time. Hurricane season everyone grabs and grill and stocks up the deep freezer to be prepared. Summer time and the living is good with grilling and chilling by the pool. Spring brings with it the promise of summer and that promise comes in sometimes hot and heavy. In the fall tailgating and football watching means entertaining. So, I’m thrilled that I can share with you this recipe for Jumpin’ Turkey Swiss Burgers recipe created by Chef Ariane Duarte, featuring Finlandia cheese. (Recipe shared by permission)
Why use the Finlandia cheese? Duarte says because Finlandia cheeses melt slowly and thoroughly, but maintain their texture and superior flavor.
