Today we began our back to school shopping experience "for real." I admit to having been watching the Sunday ads and clipping coupons but today we actually ventured out not only to buy school supplies but to pick up some of the essentials our family needs for back to school, like a new pair of shoes.

In moments each of the girls had tried on their shoes and made their decisions. The teen scored 6 pairs of socks and two pairs of shoes courtesy of the BOGO half off offer and as an athlete she really needed to be able to score both casual and sports shoes while shopping.
What could be the most amazing savings was the girls shoes! For $23.00 and some change one daughter walked out with casual dress shoes while the other walked out with Disney Princess light up tennis shoes that are not only adorable but easy for her to put on as we run out the door to Kindergarten each morning. How did this happen? Not only did I get BOGO half off, but then stack my Rewards coupon savings of 20% and shoe shopping was not only easy but I saved money too.
